2. Service Description

  • The Platform provides tools to generate high-quality screenshots of social media posts.
  • All services are offered "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

3. Plans and Pricing

Free Plan

  • 5 screenshots per month
  • Core templates and backgrounds
  • Screenshots include a PostCapture watermark
  • No screenshot history

Pro Subscription

  • $10/month billed monthly, or $100/year billed annually ($8.33/month)
  • 500 screenshots per month
  • No watermarks on screenshots
  • All premium templates, card styles and layouts
  • Custom image backgrounds, fonts and colors
  • 30 days of screenshot history

API Subscription

  • $25/month billed monthly, or $250/year billed annually
  • 3,000 screenshots per month, of which at most 1,000 from any one platform
  • REST API access with personal API keys, including automated and AI agent usage
  • Includes all Pro subscription features

Screenshot Usage

  • One screenshot is used each time a post is rendered; downloading or copying an already-rendered capture is free
  • When capturing threads, each post in the thread counts as a separate screenshot
  • Quotas reset on the 1st of each month; unused screenshots do not carry over

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of payment for subscriptions
  • Refunds will only be granted if no more than 10 screenshots have been generated during this period
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period

4. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities
  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Misuse the Platform or attempt to bypass usage limits

Accounts are for individual use only. Organizations may create multiple accounts for their employees or users, or they can contact us for assistance with tailored solutions.

5. Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Swiss courts.

By using postcapture.com or any subdomain, you agree to these Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Handling

We collect URLs entered by users and data related to generated screenshots to provide the service. Currently, we do not store images, but this may change in the future.

Payments are processed through Stripe (LemonSqueezy for plans purchased before 2025-06-29). We do not store payment information.

We use cookies for essential functionality and analytics services, including Umami, Crisp, PostHog, and Plausible.
